Terms of service

Effective 3 May 2026

These terms cover your use of Reely, the iOS app and the website at www.reely.travel. By signing in you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Who we are

Reely is operated by Videreo. Reach us at hello@videreo.com.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Reely. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, email us and we’ll help you lock it down.

What you can do with Reely

Save reels, organise them into trips, tap through to partner booking sites. Personal use only. Don’t scrape Reely, don’t automate saves at scale, don’t resell access to your account, and don’t use Reely to violate the terms of the social platforms whose links you save.

Affiliate disclosure

When you tap an offer (Viator, Vio, and others over time) and book on the partner site, Reely earns a commission. The price you pay is the same as the partner’s direct price. Affiliate income is what funds the app; offers are matched by relevance to your saves, never by commission size.

Content you save

The reels themselves stay the property of their creators and the social platforms that host them. Reely makes a personal copy of the public video and metadata so the app keeps working if the original is taken down. We don’t republish that copy to anyone but you.

Anything you add yourself — trip names, edited locations, notes — stays yours. By using Reely you give us a narrow licence to store, process, and display that content back to you inside the app.

Connecting an AI assistant

Reely Memory lets you connect a third-party AI assistant — such as Claude or ChatGPT — and authorise it to read a travel profile we build from your saves. It’s optional and entirely your choice: you approve the exact access on a permission screen, and you can revoke it in one tap from Settings.

When you connect an assistant you direct us to share that profile with the assistant’s provider. That provider is a separate company, governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and we don’t control what it does with what it reads. What the profile contains — and what it never contains — is set out in our privacy policy.

What we don’t guarantee

Reely is a notebook, not an advisor. Locations are detected by a model and offers come from third-party APIs — both can be wrong. Verify anything that matters (visa rules, hotel availability, restaurant hours) directly with the source before you act on it.

The app is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant uninterrupted service or that the app will fit any particular trip plan.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Reely is capped at what you’ve paid us in the previous twelve months — which, in v1, is zero. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or harm the service. We’ll tell you why if we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, this doesn’t override the consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.

Changes

We update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top is the version in force. Material changes appear in the app before they take effect.
